your Tutor 'username' and 'password' as issued on your last
tutor course. -(See Intermediate Manual Page 1 or advanced
Manual Page 2 for the required information) All lowercase,
all one word.
Sometimes tutors enter them the wrong way around! "
Should You be unable to locate your Manual, please email

certificate number and name, plus venue and dates attended.
