cover personal safety, risk reductions strategies, a range of
positive handling and interventions, together with a focus on
policy, documentation and legal guidance.

Advanced
Modules
Description: Modules aimed at high risk Service Settings (Special
Schools, PRU's, Secure Units, Children's Homes, Elderly Care
etc) these modules cover personal safety, risk reductions strategies,
a range of positive handling and interventions in response to
dangerous behaviour. Areas covered: Everyday objects used as
weapons, transport and safe ground hold postions.

Intermediate
Tutor Course
Description: This course will enable participants to cascade
training within their own Service Settings within permitted
trainer ratios. ( Two trainers are required for new staff training
events) Successful participants will be licence to delivery
both 6 Hour Foundation and 12 Hour Basic Course to employees
of their employer. This five day intensive course will provide
Tutors with a wide range of positive handing and interventions
strategies and legal knowledge to deliver the aforementioned
courses.

Tutor Course
Description: This course will enable participants to cascade

of risk reduction strategies and accompany knowledge to delivery
the aforementioned Modules.
