by the number of the course participant on the sign
in register. e.g. 01 (first person to sign in) followed
by a six digit number representing day, month and year
of the course delivery e.g if today 15th December 2003,
it would be 151203
Thus the certificate number for a course l might be
running today would read GMAT 01 151203
